Two Victorian warehouses in Borough SE1 successfully gain planning consent in a sensitive ‘mint street’ Conservation area of Southwark. This consent afforded a full penthouse storey across both buildings together with a refurbishment of the buildings from office to residential and a Ground floor commercial unit.
